Some photos from England

April 8, 2010

I’m busy working on a few things this week and don’t have much ready to post.  But here are some photos from a trip to England.

The Pioneer Run, organized by the Sunbeam Club:

Me with the Quadrant in Brighton.  Run and bump (no clutch). It was much faster than it looks.

Which parts are really old on the Montgomery? My guess is the gearbox, magneto and maybe the frame? The engine certainly looks pretty fresh!

I don’t know for sure, but when I looked at the bike, it appeared to be completely brand new. Maybe a really detailed restoration, or maybe made up from brand new parts?
